  • 2 checked bags are included. Any additional baggage fees are paid directly to the carrier.
  • 8 nights of centrally located accommodations are included.
  • 4/12-4/13 (1 night) – Palace Hotel Omiya
  • 4/13-4/14 (1 night) – ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata
  • 4/14-4/16 (2 nights) – Sado Resort Hotel Azuma
  • 4/16-4/17 (1 night) – Shiki no Yado Minoya 
  • 4/17-4/18 (1 night) – Hotel New Otani Nagaoka 
  • 4/18-4/19 (1 night) – Yorokobi no Yado Takamatsu

  • To secure your reservation, a $200 per person deposit is required. The deposit can be refunded until January 7, 2027. Any changes made after this date will be subject to additional fees.
  • Final payment is due by February 11, 2027. Package is non-refundable after this date. 
  • Special Assistance: You must inform us of any disability/impairment that requires special attention at the time of your making the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) if the disability/impairment is unsuitable for the tour. You are also responsible for any costs and/or accommodations related to your disability/impairment, such as providing your own travel companion.

  • Additional baggage fee charges from the airlines.

  • A minimum of 16 participants is required for the tour to operate.
  • A valid passport is required of all U.S. citizens & must be valid at least 6 months from the return tour date. Non-U.S. passport holders must check with the Japanese Consulate to see if a visa is required.
  • Land tour costs are based on current currency conversion rates, which are subject to change.
  • Air ticket fare is guaranteed, but taxes, fees and fuel surcharges are subject to change until tickets are issued.
  • We reserve the right to change any part of the itinerary, including payment schedules, at any time and without notice.
